From Mom

Hi All,
I haven't had time to get on this blog for a while as i'm slow at doing all of this. I just read the last few entries. I know that winter was tough this year, for me too. I've been trying to decide where to move to to get work soon as an elementary teacher, not subbing in the high schools and not living in Williams lake or farther north - though it has been tempting to go north because there are jobs. I have decided to go to Abbotsford and try to get on in one or two of the districts around there and see how it goes for next year. I may not move until the summer because I need to be sure I have EI for next year so if I don't get hired I'll have to wait until the year is over.
I like the idea of a family camping trip this summer. Ashley and Jen and I talked about it and thought that around 100 mile house would be a central place to meet and there are lots of camping places. Doug said that getting together on my birthday last year was fun so what about a weekend near my birthday for this year's camping trip?
Sorry I haven't got my pictures off my camera yet but I will be finishing the last few things around the house this weekend and Shannon is comming over to list it on Tuesday so I'll get som pictures soon.
Spring is here so I hope everyone is feeling good. School is almost over, try to focus for a few more days then you boys will be done for the summer. Congratulations on all you have accomplished this year. Jen and Rob - Thanks so much for your generosity in giving your car to Ashley and Corey, and to Ash & Corey for passing yours on to Ross.It is great to see how you are all helping each other out.
