Geoff's 101 list (because you've earned it)
Well it's here, comming to you fresh off the press i know you've all been patiently waiting so without further adu here it is!
1. i can't beleive how much you all rock and your 100 lists were awsome!
2. I miss you alll sooo much, even doug sometimes because i hardly ever see him
3. I might miss emily and Katie the most, i regret that i don't see them more because every time i do they have both grown so much and i feel like i'm missing out.
4. Jen and Ashley come visit me with yoru damn kids more often
5. mom stop calling our home phone number (this goes for all of you) and call me/us as much as you want, we may be busy lots but once in a blue moon we might have some time so you better be calling during that period
6. Ross and Doug, i'm proud that you both have very cool poultry and that they're both hot and you're both very happy with them
7. I haven't had a girlfriend in almost 2 years i think and i'm pretty sure i forget how it works.
8. Rob and corey, i'm so proud of both of you and really feel like you are my brothers, thanks for nocking up my sisters and giving me amazing neices and maybe a little guy some time.
9. you guys are both great and turned out to be amazing fathers, i hope some day i can be a good dad as both of you are

13. Jennifer, i get the impression that you had a tough time with your first child but if you want to have more i'm sure it would be easier so don't be afraid of that. have another if you want to!
14. I am acctually getting to play about half a game for the primer team now after thinking i would never see the feild!

Ashley, the secret to making friends is having fun! people like to have fun and are attracted to other people who are having fun, it's the same for picking up chickens but is really for anything so just make sure you're having fun or pretending you're having fun and people will want in on it, even just have fun playing with emily and don't be serious and it will show.

Super good snowboarder and super artistic and creative.

30. i'm sorry i neglected the blog for so long, i was 80% too busy and 40% too lazy
31. i should be studying because i have a midterm on thursday and i barely know what the class is about.
32. i hope we can all find time together this summer with all of us in one place.
33. i'm finding it very difficult to be motivated to go to school and focus on doing well, i learnt in that class i don't know anything about that i lack intrinsic motivation
34. i'm taking a volleyball/badminton class and starting to realize how much i like playing other sports other than just soccer
35. i miss a lot of my old friends that i was soo close with, you guys are right i have lots of good friends but i miss the guys i grew up with, ashley i don't call them hardly at all
36. even nimmi i don't talk to much anymore and i feel guilty about not calling them enough, thanks i think i'll work on that more
37. mom, thanks so much for everything as i was growing up.. i know you wanted to give me more support in soccer but i think overcomming adversity and working harder has made me a better player and person and helping me to not take things for granted.

42. i can't wait until this time next year when i'll have 8 months off and i can just work and party and maybe travel a bit, heck maybe i'll come visit jen and ashley for a week here or there
43. i'm really annoyed that i still have acne and i'm fighting a losing battle, i'm really self concious about it but i think it's starting to get a little better
44. i can't wait for summer it's gonna be a fun one and i won't have to think

47. some guy asked me and ross about our tatoo's at the pool the other day, he thought we were in a gang or something but we explained it to him and he liked it.. made me really happy and i really like it too

49. sometimes i want to just give up on soccer and school and just have a regular job and not such huge commitments so i could live more but that usually goes away because i know what i want and i would miss it all
50. our neighbour from down stairs told me yesterday that we nocked a picture off her wall playing fooseball, i'm actually a little proud of that
51. i'm very good at fooseball now, thanks jen and corey, doug can beat me but that's pretty much it.

53. I've started to make some really good friends with people in my program which has helped me in school instead of only soccer players
54. i've signed up to do the sun run in vancouver in april. it's a 10k and alot of the Hkin program is doing it and we're getting t-shirts that say "Cap College Hkin - we look good naked" or something like that
55. i can't wait for soccer at cap next year, i'm gonna be one of the 2-3 oldest guys and leading the team hopefully.
56. i'm super excited to go see the canucks game with doug in march it's gonna be sweet
57. it's february 18th, almost 19th and our christmas tree is still up and decorated.. what's with that?

Ashley first of all that girl was crazy i went crazy too, it's nothing to do with being picky.. and i'm not sure when you consider somebody a good friend, just spending lots of time together and everything i suppose. we talk about soccer and poultry mostly but spend lots of time doing stupid stuff like playing cards, the other day a few of us spent about 30 minutes trying to bounce pennies into a pop bottle.
80. make sure you're not being competative and even if you don't agree with something you kind of make it an agree to disagree thing
81. one thing i've realized early in life is how important hapiness is, i hope all of you are happy and doing things that make you happy because i think it is the most important thing in life, forget health and wellness if you're sick and happy then so what.
82. that's another thing i've noticed about girls over the last couple years, i'm really attracted to girls who are happy and silly and fun which i think is awsome.
83. i love you guys, which is amazing considering at one point or another most of us hated each other, we're so lucky things worked out this way and we're all best friends on top of family, i know we've all been through a lot together but i wouldn't trade it for anything i think it has made all of us who we are today.

To all my wonderful kids. Thank you for the flowers. I feel so relieved to finished my course and that means I'm done all the work for my degree. I will try to put the picture of the flowers on this so you can all see them. I think that Ashley and Ross arranged this and said that it is from all of you but that is great cause I know you all are happy that I've finished. I am going to do a hundreds list too but I'm kind of nervous to start because I don't know what to say and don't want to sound too corny. Oh well you can all get a few good laughs anyway.
1. I have great kids.
2. I have great kids.
3. I am finished all my work for my bachelor of education degree and it feels good.
4. I am nervous about moving to Abbotsford.
5. I am also excited about moving and looking forward to meeting new people, hopefully making some new friends and getting involved in some new activities.
6. I am looking forward to camping this summer.
7. I miss Jen, Rob, and Katie.
8. I miss Geoff and Doug.
9. I went to visit Ashley and Corey and Emily last weekend and had a great time.
10. I hope Ashley has a boy - then I'll have a grandson.
11. Jen Iam glad that you are enjoying your work at he hospital.
12. Jen you are such a great person and I think ashley is right about you just being so much more in touch with your emotions than most people.
13 Doug, I think you are remarkable in that you have been able to pick up an move on with your life after some difficult things. Good for you and thank you for being such a strong person that your siblings can talk to you about thier problems and get sound advice from you.
14.Geoff you make me feel lucky. there aren't enough adjectives to describe you. Great just isn't good enough.
15. Ross - wow what can i say. You made it through high school. I know that was a major hurdle for you and you did it. I am curious to see what you will do with your life now. i think that it will be interesting.
16. Ashley you have accomplished so much it just amazes me. Don't push too hard and don't forget to enjoy your life as you accomplish.

20 I am a bit worried about being lonely when I move to Abbotsford. for the first time in thirty years I won't have children at home.

22. Ihope it isn't too difficult to fit in and make new friends.
23. I also plan to travel to visit all of you as much as I can though I won't get to Ft. St. John until summer.
24. I am dissappointed that the job situation didn't work out in Penticton because I wanted to live here.
25. I sometimes feel badly that I haven't stayed in one place and provided a home for all of you to come to. I tell myself that that is part of that fictional world of tv that isn't really important.
26. I am so happy that all of you are close and will be able to help each other if needed but also that you are all so capable that you seldom need help.

41. I worry about our planet. We should all be doing something to reduce tha maount of energy we use. Put gas with ethanol in your cars when ever you can.
42. My hair is getting longer but I'm not sure if I want to keep growing it or if I should go back to a short hair style.
43.Forest got out of the yard again today and I had to go get him at the pound. This is getting frustrating.

i hope i dont jinx u into having a girl now but here are some suggestions for boy names. Our boy name is joshua zachary and in case we have another one please dont use josh. R-o-s-s 100!!!!!!!!!!! (NICE title)
Alright well It's 1 am as I start this.. I'm tired and should be sleeping but this seems fun (plus I dont do anything all day anyways)
unos. I'm excited to start this list and cool i just did!
2.I have a girlfriend... go Ross! i told you this before but thats ok

6.I'm such a bum right now, in the past week i've..... eaten lots...
7.At first i was scared to graduate early because i thought i would be super bored and just get depressed cause i have no friends.
8. It's not as bad as i though it was gona be.
9NINE. I've been through 2 pairs of shoes in the last like 3 weeks from skateboarding, we skateboard in the bandshell when it's wet or snowy.
10. im using some old basketball shoes to skateboard in because i have no others and it's stupid to buy new ones and wreck them.
11.people are gona make fun of me but I'm ok with that.
12. Jen you should have tons of confidence, your a great sister a great mommy to katie and just all around a fabulous person, I always remember bragging about how successfull you are and as long as your having fun you should load up on the confidence!!!!!!!!!! I love you so much!

Doug's list
Well I don't know if I can do 100 things about me but I'll give it a shot...
1. I'm super stressed right now about next week
2. In 3 days I have 4 midterms, a poster project and a paper due
3. I'm scared that I'm gonna bomb my exams because I'll burn out
4. But I know that spring break comes right after so I'm trying to focus on that and work hard
8. I hate being wrong
9. It sounds conceited but I'm not wrong very often
10. I used to be shy about being smart but now I'm proud of it
11. Maybe it is conceited of me to think I'm smart, but I'm also very insecure about being wrong
12. I think everyone is insecure
13. Right now Chemistry is making me very nervous, I don't know if I can pass the class
14. It's hard to get used to just hoping for a pass when the last two years I had straight A's
15. Even if I do pass it I am planning on writing the MCAT after the semester is done
16. Med school scares me more than anything else
17. What if I get in but don't make it through??
18. Maybe I should worry about getting in first!!
19. I think my hair is going more blonde the older I get
20. And that's not a joke, it's true
21. People actually consider me blonde haired now... except my facial hair is still reddish brown... what's up with that?

58. We're planning a big trip up to Merritt for Music Fest in July
59. Right now we have 3 couples going, waiting for 2 more ppl and then we're gonna reserve a big RV to go in
60. I'm doing all the planning for the trip, it's fun!
61. I've never been a big planner but this is pretty cool
62. Tomorrow night I'm playing in a volleyball tournament at UBC
63. It's from 9pm to 3am... gonna be crazy
64. and I work the next morning too... uh ohs...
65. But it's just for fun so I'm looking forward to it
66. I'm also looking forward to moving closer to school
67. It takes me anywhere from 60-90 minutes each way, 5 days a week right now

69. Our apartment sucks lately, it's been leaking all winter, and now our bathroom drain is plugged
70. The drain being plugged is sort of not the landlord's fault though... **cough-geoff-cough** haha
71. Just so you all know... scented candles and lighters can be a dangerous combination in the bathroom...

100s list challenge
Ok guys - I have a challenge for all of you - to post a "100s list" I will start it and then we each have to do one. If you look at my other blog you can see my first list and if you check out jolanda, kelly and vicki's links you can read thiers too for ideas of how they are done. My other list is not too personal just cause i dont know some of the girls that read it that well - this one will be deeper.
1. wow - i just drew a blank
2. i just got back from an alanon meeting
3. i went back to alanon last week for the first time in several years.
4. it was awesome - gives me peace in my crazy brain
5. i hate my crazy brain sometimes - it goes too fast and it is not always nice to my heart.
6. this is much harder to do when you guys already know me.
7. so it might be a 50s list.
8. lets see - who am i? I am generally peacefull and happy
9. but i love excitement in spells
10. i am kind and usually gentle with others feelings
11. I am a great big sister... lol
12. actually i really wonder sometimes what the role of big sister is and how i can do it well
13. ususally i dont think about it and am just me
14. i stress out about forgetting katie or forgetting something i am supposed to do for her... like taking her to her first day of kindergarten...
15. dont ask its a long story.
16. i stress out about not getting enough sleep, or about rob not getting enough sleep
17. i get a little bit cranky when i am stressing out about sleep....
18. just a bit
19. i wish to god i was more confident in myself
20. i get these gut wrenching feelings of inadequacy out of the blue
21. i hate being afraid of rejection
22. i am desperately afraid that someday, somewhere, i will turn out to be alone, embarrassed, abandoned, and scorned.
23. i know that is stupid to think or be afraid of but its on such a visceral level i cant seem to get it out
24. i have tried alot of different things to get it out: counselling, alanon, yoga, meditation, rieki
25. they all help and add to my defenses against this fear, but it is still there.
26. its hard to put words to - its more of just a feeling.
27.but at the same time on another level i am so comfortable with myself... like the cranky over sleep stuff... thats me and its ok
28. i can feel that too - who i am. just cant get that feeling to stay all the time
29.mom please dont feel guilty - i know you do sometimes
30. i do believe i am like this for a reason, and when i do get to figure out how to live with that real me feeling all the time i know it will be awesome.

32. mom is the ultimate example of selflessness and dedication to children. you are my idol
33. doug is funny... my fountain of useless knowledge... and one of the few men i can talk to and really get- you can explain guy stuff very well.
34. Ash is so passionate - you have so much energy in your character - and you are so pretty. your sarcasm cracks me up too
33. Geoff is so confident - i envy your innate knowledge that you are good. you are steady and true, you surprise me with your new talents and abilities too - the whole physical labour stuff. lol
35. i like to pick on Geoff - hope you know its all in fun - it just fits you - please dont ever think i am putting you down.
36. Ross is so artistic - your photography is unreal and your sports ability amazing. you are decisive and know what you want - you are also passionate but able to live life unplanned. my free spirit.

38. part of me yearns for it... that biological clock thing
39. part of me just doesnt want it... the sleeplessness, the dependance, all the work of another kid
40. part of me is afraid that another pregnancy and more stress might throw off the bit of mental balance that i have. sometimes i feel like i am walking a tight rope and i can make it accross the way things are now - but what if i fall off and end up in depression or just a crazy bitch?
41. thats the only scarry one - i know i could deal with the sleep and work stuff...
42. oh well, if its meant to happen it will find a way.
43. i am starting to believe in that more and more - i really think there is some spiritual power in the world that guides each of us on our life path - and if we look there will be signs for what way we should go - if not sometimes things just happen anyways.

Mom forever
Well kids I think this is a great idea. I am very proud of all of you. I am trying to keep up to all of the new technology so I got ross to show me how to get to here and post my entry but now what do I say! I guess this is where I can put in what is happening in my life so you can all read it but I've probably already phoned and talked to you about everything. I am not used to this kind of communication and it feels a bit awkward. Guess I should get over that and get on with the latest info. I think I've told most of you that I got my mark on my research paper and -what a huge relief- I got 84% that is definately the B that U Vic required so after I do my oral discussion with the tutor on Thursday I will be finished the course and will have all the credits for my Degree. It will be a U. Vic Bed. The strange thing is that I've never been to UVic for a course. Noe starts the paper work. I will have to request Athabasca to send the transcript to U.Vic, then apply for graduation. Then fill out a request to the teacher qualification service to have my qualification changed then with the new certificate get the school boards that I am working for to change my category. Hope all that doesn't take too long!!! The process of applying to the lower mainland school boards is slow. so far one board has requested that I do an online evaluation called teacherinsight. I've found out that this is an attitude and compliancy evaluation and that you have to know what they are looking for in order to pass. I'm getting some help preparing for the test and will get it done tonight or tomorrow. I am so looking forward to spring break when I can see all of you including Jen and Katie and spend most of the time with Ashley and the new baby. I presume that I can put new info on here when ever I want to will not overload this now. Love you all. Mom

Hey guys - mom its your turn to blog - you can do it! Just thought I'd let you all know about mine and Katie's plans for our trip down there in March. We fly into Vancouver on Mar 10th around supper time and plan to spend a few days there visiting Doug, Geoff and Jacquie and her new baby, and ma if she's there yet, then we will go to Kamloops (bus probably) and spend a few days there with Ash and the gang - baby too I hope, then on to Penticton to see Ross, ma if she's there, and Donna. We fly home from Kelowna on the 23rd. Katie is so excited to see everyone! Hope all is well - we're doing great, I'm very happy up here. Love y'all

I was cruising around in set up and saw that there is a place for guest authors - wondering if we should all put our info in there and then can sign in as ourselves instead of sharing one address. should we allow annonymous comments? i do on my own blog so that people without a blog can comment but we could also leave it closed for just us, how private do you guys want it? we can also make it so that only people with an invitation can view and comment - doesnt really matter to me but people do blog surf and it makes me a bit leary to have too much personal info and pics for anyone to see. Hey gang!, haha i like the idea Jen!. well lets see, i've been snowboarding alot as im sure you all know and doing some skateboarding where we can find dry spots. I recently started dating Ava that you have probably heard a bit about if not met, yes jen... im dating a dancer! haha. it's pretty cool im defenitally happy with her! im done school now so im going to vancouver to work a few days with Geoff, should be fun! I think when i get back im going to try and find a job I really like so that i can handle working there a while, right now i plan on staying in penticton when mom leaves and getting a place with a friend, im gona work throughout the spring and then beach it all summer. I'm gona have lots of spare time so i hope i can come visit the rest of you. well I have my last exam in the morning so im off. hope to see you all soon! At the top is a picture a friend of mine took of Ava and myself.(whatever happened to the book that we were doing this in?)
